Let us be the first in congratulating you on taking the first step on your smokefree journey. We are here to support you along the way!
We have partnered with East Coast Community Healthcare CIC to provide vape products and services to help you on your journey for the next 12 weeks. This page has been set up as a quick reference guide for patients who are taking part in the scheme, however if you have any queries or cant find the information youre looking for please get in touch using the form at the bottom of this page.
The scheme will run for 12 weeks, split into 3 x 4 week periods. ECCH will issue a voucher at the start of each period which can be redeemed at Ye Olde Vape Shoppe in exchange for a Vape Starter Kit and E-Liquids to last the duration of each period.
We have tried to keep the redemption process as simple as possible, however it is very important you follow the process below to avoid any delays.
- Once you have received your voucher code from ECCH (usually via text message) please forward this on to +44 7449 424 672 .
- We will confirm the validity of the voucher and one of our friendly staff will be in touch, to discuss your goals, the products available and options.
- Once you have decided on the products you’d like we will arrange for these to be sent out to you, there is also an option for in store collection if you prefer.

Visit www.smokefreenorfolk.nhs.uk and complete the on-line referral form. Please note you need to live in Norfolk to be considered for the scheme.
Once you have had the initial chat and agreed on the products you’d like we will arrange for these to be sent out via first class delivery. This could take up to 5 working days.
